On Tuesday January 27, 2009 Biker Billy will be cooking two recipes from his new book “Biker Billy’s Roadhouse Cookbook” on "Live with Regis and Kelly" - this is part of their “Ultimate Game Day Grub” countdown to the Super Bowl week.

Dartmouth Building Supply is hosting the Third Annual DBS Poker Run & Pig Roast for Cystic Fibrosis in memory of Jenn Wing. It's a combination tradeshow, customer appreciation event, a family fun event (non-alcoholic) and, of course, a charity fundraiser. On Friday May 26, 2006 Biker Billy will appear on “Live with Regis and Kelly.” This special location show will be broadcast live from the Charlotte Motor Speedway; the theme is the launch of the Disney/Pixar summer blockbuster movie “Cars”. The show will feature Paul Newman and Owen Wilson from the movie, Jesse James talking about his Discovery Channel special, and with Biker Billy woven throughout the show to provide a local North Carolina Barbeque Feast, his trademark informative food humor and biker banter. Planned activities were from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. and included other cooking demonstrations, tours of the ICC arboretum and Tri-County Master Gardener Demonstration Garden, displays by area garden clubs, nurseries, and landscapers, photography contest display, children's activities, and plant sale.
Admission was free. Plant tours of the ICC arboretum began at 9:30 a.m. and again at 2 p.m. and were led by ICC's Glenn Herold. Lunch was available for purchase from the ICC honor society, Phi Theta Kappa.

Motorcycle enthusiasts of all levels were glad they didn't miss the 1st Annual Northeast Motorcycle Expo, the largest all model motorcycle show in the Northeast, featuring special guest appearances by Biker Billy, the motorcycle-riding chef, and the ultra-outrageous entertainer SideShow Bennie. The Northeast Motorcycle Expo took place indoors at The Pennsylvania
Expo Center at Lehigh Valley in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Saturday,
January 18th and Sunday, January 19th.
A hot feature at the show was a special appearance by burly Biker Billy Hufnagle, the hog-riding chef who cooks only the most spicy and fiery dishes. Biker Billy was on site at the event to practice what he preaches, "eat hot, ride safe, and enjoy cooking with fire," as he demonstrates and whips up his favorite torrid biker recipes for spectators. Billy is also an author with two cookbooks on shelves across America, and a third- "Hog Wild on a Harley-" on the way, and signed his Freeway-A-Fire cookbooks at the show.
Another exciting highlight was the appearance of human tricks performer SideShow Bennie, as he entertained the audience with his bizarre and outrageous feats. Bennie makes the audience laugh and flinch simultaneously as he chews lightbulbs, lifts weights with pierced body parts, lies on a bed of nails while his assistant stands on top of him, and performs numerous other offbeat actions.
A popular show attraction was the "Best of the Northeast" custom bike show which featured over 50 custom-made motorcycle entries competing for the top titles in categories ranging from "Best Engine," "Best Chrome," "Best of Show," "Judges Choice," "Peoples Choice," "Promoters Choice," and "Kid's Choice." From bikes with dazzling designs to powerful engines, the "Best of
the Northeast" exhibits the region's most impressive custom built motorcycles.
In keeping with this alluring atmosphere, musical guests R. B. Gunn was on site to entertain the audience with their unique rock and rhythm n' blues sound. Reel in the sounds of guitars, bass, drums, Latin percussion, key/synths, saxophones and flute. Another popular highlight is the A.C.
Models leather and lace fashion show featuring the hottest fashions on sale at the show.
Showcasing dozens of pristine motorcycles, the Northeast Motorcycle Expo also features over 100 exhibitors offering an unprecedented variety of products for the avid or novice motorcyclist. Hundreds of new models, motorcycle accessories, leather riding fashions and collectible merchandise will all be available to consumers throughout the two-day event.

Biker Billy appeared at the Pennsylvania Farm Show 2003 for one show at 1:00 PM on January 11, 2003. Admission was FREE for all events during Farm Show Week. Days/Hours of operation: January 11 - 18, 2003. Competitive Exhibits were open at 8 AM through 9 PM daily except for Saturday, January 18, when they closed at 5 PM. The Commercial exhibits opened at 9 AM through 9 PM daily except for Saturday, January 18, when they closed at 7 PM.
The Farm Show Complex is located along Cameron and Maclay Streets in Harrisburg, just off Exit 67 of Interstate 81. Message boards and Keystone signs will direct Farm Show visitors onto alternate routes to alleviate traffic congestion on I-81. Las Vegas Bikefest
Biker Billy appeared at the Las Vegas Bikefest. There were two shows Friday September 12, 2003 at 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM and one show on Saturday September 13, 2003 at 2:00 PM. Biker Billy was also the Master of Ceremonies at the Chili Cook-off, which was Saturday at 6:00 PM. While Biker Billy did not compete in the cook-off there was some of Biker Billy's Famous Chili to sample that evening and it illuminated quite a few folks. Biker Billy also autographed his latest book “Biker Billy's Hog Wild on a Harley Cookbook”, which has a chapter filled with chili recipes from Harley Bikers across America.
