Biker Billy wants YOUR recipes and suggestions for his fourth cookbook. This book is dedicated to great American roadhouses, diners, burger joints, truck stops, drive-in, and their recipes, history, and memorabilia.

Biker Billy is the hottest cook on a Harley; his demonstrations are the hit of the rally circuit. And his cookbooks are renowned among all who live by the motto ³live to ride, and ride to eat!" The first two books, "Biker Billy Cooks with Fire" and "Biker Billy's Freeway-a-Fire" have turned up the heat in kitchens across America; after all no one knows hot peppers - from anchor to Serrano - better than Bill Hufnagle. His third book "BIKER BILLYıS HOG WILD ON A HARLEY" is dedicated to Harley-Davidsons and the people who ride them. It shares many recipes and stories from Harley fans across America. So if you missed out on being a part of the third book, now is the time to act and be part of the fourth book.

The fourth book will no doubt be unique and exciting and Biker Billy wants to include YOUR favorite roadhouses and their recipes. Ingredients can come from any food group - animal or vegetable. The recipes don't have to be hot and spicy, but they must be uniquely yours, not taken from another book, magazine, or Internet site.

If you are the owner or chef at a biker friendly roadhouse, diner, or restaurant and would like to be included in the book, just follow the instructions below and submit your recipe and I will contact you.

(a) To use, publish and distribute my name and the Recipe, or any part thereof, or as modified by Biker Billy, in any media now known or hereafter developed, published by or under Biker Billy's authority, in whole or in part, individually or with other recipes, photographs, images or text, and for any purpose whatsoever, in all languages, throughout the world, in perpetuity, including without limitation publication in Biker Billy's new cookbook and the promotion, advertising and publicity related thereto;
(b) To copyright the Recipe in Biker Billy's name or any name that he may choose.
(c) To use my name, likeness, biographical information, alone or in connection with the Recipe.

BY SUBMITTING MY RECIPE I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS MY OWN, AND THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN COPIED FROM SOMEONE ELSE OR A COOKBOOK OR OTHER SOURCE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INTERNET; THAT I HAVE THE POWER TO GRANT THE RIGHTS GRANTED TO BIKER BILLY HEREIN; THAT, IF APPLICABLE, I HAVE OBTAINED ALL RIGHTS, CONSENTS AND PERMISSIONS NECESSARY TO GRANT THE RIGHTS GRANTED HEREIN; THAT THE USE BY BIKER BILLY AS SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL NOT VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY; THAT I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY BIKER BILLY IF ANY OF THE ABOVE IS NOT TRUE.

I hereby waive all rights of inspection or approval of the Recipe used by Biker Billy. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Biker Billy and those acting under his authority, from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Recipe, including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy or publicity for use of my name or image. I acknowledge that Biker Billy may use the Recipe in accordance with the permission granted herein without any payment to the undersigned or any third party.
