Eat Hot, Ride Safe and Cook with Fire!!!
Biker Billy Cooks With Fire - Pinata Pasta
This is a festive and colorful dish that has south of the border flare. It is a great one dish meal or a perfect side for your summertime BBQ favorites. The chipotle peppers adds a nice warm glow when you use only one, or you can raise it to a nice fiery yet not over powering level with two, of course more will just light up your palate; the choice is yours. Serve it with sour cream or Queso sauce for good measure. Enjoy!

Biker Billy Cooks with Fire - Tempeh Terror
This is a great colorful and delicious dish that strikes terror in the hearts of tofu everywhere. The tempeh has a wonderful texture and a flavor that has overtones of rich grains and hints of nuttiness. The broccoli and carrots are still crisp and the onions delightfully browned and caramelized. I use frozen broccoli florets simply because it allows me to save prep time. Fresh is always better, and nuking them yields a perfect texture. The sauce has a nice warm snappiness with one chipotle pepper and can be fired up with more peppers until your hearts content. The dish has very little added oil as compared to standard restaurant style peanut sauces. As a result it tolerates gentle reheating of leftovers (like there would be any) without breaking down into an oily mess.

BIKER BILLY'S NOT YO PIE
This is a delicious pie that is inspired by our family Nacho Night; when we gather to munch out on an easy dinner and watch movies. It is spicy but not too hot and sure to please. But you will have to bake several because everyone will want their own as they proclaim its not yo pie its mine

Peach Fire Glazed Carrots
This is a sweet and fiery way to enjoy carrots. It uses my Peach Fire Freezer Jam, which is nicely laced with cayenne pepper. If you don't have the homemade peach jam at hand just use store bought jam and add a 1/4 teaspoon (or more) of ground cayenne pepper when you add the cinnamon.
