Motorcycle Riding Videos

This page is dedicated to riding videos. I enjoy riding the fantastic roads here in Western North Carolina. From time to time I will mount cameras on one of my bikes and shoot some video. The first time I had the opportunity to have a camera mounted on my bike was when I worked on the “Harley-Davidson 95th Anniversary Film”. Back then in 1998 the great crew at NFL Films mounted a 16mm film camera to my bike. Let me tell you it was a blast to ride and film parts of that project. Ever since then I have been very interested in doing more on bike filming; now thanks to modern technology I can mount several small video cameras and have an even bigger blast doing it. So check this page often to see new rides!

In the left column you will find a navigation list to view the different types of videos. On each video subcategory page you will also find more stuff listed in that location.

If you want to be among the first to know when a new video posts please subscribe to the “Biker Billy Cooks with Fire” YouTube Channel - you can also search for “Biker Billy” or “BBCWF” on YouTube.

Thanks for watching and remember:

Ox Creek Ascent to the Blue Ridge Parkway

This is a short ride up from the Ox Creek Valley to the Blue Ridge Parkway at Bull's Gap. It is the northernmost Parkway exit for the Asheville, NC area. The video uses two cameras, one on the handlebars and the other on the side of the engine guards.

PreSpring Ride Craven Gap to Bull Gap on the Blue Ridge Parkway

Ride along and enjoy a warm pre-Spring day in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was a nice day to tool around on the Road King. Soon those bare trees will be budding out and then the traffic picks-up. This id a great time to ride the BRP, just plan for all sorts of weather and watch for sudden icing!
