This is a vintage “Biker Billy Cooks with Fire” show. It was originally recorded and cablecast in 1993 as part of the third season of the original cable show. The recipe is called "Could Be Quiche" - a delicious spicy pie. Combining Jalapeno peppers, spinach eggs and cheese, baked in a piecrust. The show has been edited to remove the PSA's and breaks that were part of the original cablecast format, it runs just over 22 minutes. It is classic early Biker Billy Cooks with Fire fun and the recipe is part of the first Biker Billy cookbook, which has the same name as the show - Biker Billy Cooks with Fire.
